Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be extended to 7–10 business days.
  • Custom-colored extensions and made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Please refer to the product description for specific turnaround times.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that expedited shipping speeds up transit time only and does not reduce processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. SYM Beauty is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

SYM Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Returned Packages

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package may be subject to additional shipping fees before being reshipped.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.
