At SYM Beauty, we take pride in providing premium-quality raw hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
Returns & Exchanges
- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on hair extensions that have been opened, worn, installed, altered, colored, washed, brushed, or tampered with in any way.
- To be eligible for a return review, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all security ties and tags intact.
- Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item received
- Photos of the packaging
Our team will review your claim and provide a resolution if approved.
Custom & Pre-Colored Hair
All custom orders, pre-colored extensions, custom wigs, and special-order items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Processing & Shipping
Processing times and shipping times are separate. Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing.
